Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Go: Looking for a technology driven, trendy concierge-less boutique hotel in Nashville? Well we’ve got one for you, housed in a 115 year-old historic church in one of Nashville’s most fun neighborhoods.
The Russell consists of 23 unique rooms with character that is unmatched in town. Many of the original features such as stained glass windows, old brick walls, pews, etc. have been maintained and used to add to the guest’s experience and the overall ambience.
Each room highlights the building’s history with a modern, contemporary twist. Splashes of color throughout pay homage to the building’s vibrant story and the lobby’s beautiful stained glass windows will be sure to take your breath away.
And Do Good: For over 100 years, the church building where The Russell is now located has been serving the East Nashville community by providing refuge, safety and belonging to people in need.
The Russell, in conjunction with their other property 506 Lofts, gives away a generous percentage of each night’s stay to local nonprofits who are helping those experiencing homelessness in Nashville through their Rooms for Rooms program.
An average weekend stay at The Russell provides one of the following options for the local homeless community: 16 nights in a bed, 100 free showers or 30 free meals.
It’s so good!
